Colombia borders on the east with Venezuela and Brazil, on the South with Ecuador and Peru, on the north with the Caribbean Seam on the northwest with The Panama; And to the West by the Pacific Ocean. Colombia also has maritime borders with Venezuela, Jamaica, Haiti, the Dominican Republic, Honduras, Nicaragua and Costa Rica. With a population of more than 47 million people, Colombia has the 29th larges population in the world and the secnd largest in South America, after Brazil.
