Paraguay, officially the Republic of Paraguay, is a central South American country, bordered to the north and West by Bolivia, to the northeast and east by Brazil, and to the South and West by Argentina. Paraguay is one of the two countries in South America that don’t have na outlet to the sea along with Bolivia. It has na area of 406,752 square kilometers, a little larger than the Brazilian state of Mato Grosso do Sul. The Paraguayan population was estimated at about 6.5 milion in 2009, most of which are concentrated in the southeastern region of the country.
