Happy International Women's Day

Good afternoon dear readers, I hope your week is being great! Well, today's post is a little text talking about International Women's Day.

Let's start?

Tomorrow will be the 8th of March and on this day the whole world celebrates International Women's Day, but who decided that March 8th would celebrate Women's Day? This date was decided in 1975 by the United Nations (UN), since in 1975 the International Year of Women was designated by the UN and March 8 was adopted as International Women's Day by the United Nations, to remember the social, political and economic achievements of women, regardless of national, ethnic, linguistic, cultural, economic or political divisions.

Now that we know how that date is chosen, let's talk about women. The woman has long been called the fragile sex, but are we really fragile? Today, women have conquered their space in the world, ensuring that we are capable of everything. Formerly we lived to serve only the home and now we show that we can handle the home and work from the outside and the best, we do several things at the same time. We women have a lot of strength, strength that came with the desire to show that we are not a fragile sex, we are incredible, we can handle the pain of a delivery, we carry a human being for 9 months in our womb, we go through great mood swings and unbearable cramps during the menstrual period and yet we continue to touch life in the best possible way.

Today, one of the greatest achievements of women has been to have more space in the world of sports, have you seen the amount of women who are participating in sports? Every year that passes, more and more women are entering the sporting world, participate in modalities that we, women, we already think is only for men. Besides the space of women in sport, another space that we have (and it is what I think is cooler) is the presence of women in the Armed Forces, it makes me happy to know that we can defend our country in a more beautiful way (this makes me proud , I confess).

There are 43 years celebrating annually this date that for some can be a simple day, for us means a lot! It is amazing to know that women are being recognized for their strength and are making the world a better place and we thank the men who give us our due value and help us to be stronger.

The post ends here and I hope you enjoyed it! I leave a request to our readers, and the request is: treat women like a real rare gem, but keep encouraging them to show the world their strength! Happy woman's day, and until the next post. Bye!
